Step 1 - Pre Admission
For referrals, email referrals@adefey.co.uk or call 07473 012923. Within 48 hours, we'll respond and schedule a pre-risk assessment to determine support needs.
Step 2 - Pre Admission
We schedule property visit with social worker or family, meet support team, assess suitability, confirm placement.
Step 3 - Pre Admission
Funding, moving date set, tenancy application done, transition plan finalized.
Step 4 - Admission
Key worker assists citizen's move-in, starting personalized journey with support.
Step 5 - Admission
Staff guide citizens towards education or work for personal fulfillment.
